My philosophy

I love my work and I have values that I consider very important to be successful and appreciated by others.

Motto
Meet
Listen
Learn
Dare
"Our growth depends on our awareness of not knowing" is my motto, which states my opinion towards personal growth.
We work alongside people, we build products for people thus we should care about people. This is why I care a lot about meeting new people and maintaining relationships. Moreover, I try to be always friendly, humble, smiley and caring towards everyone.
Silence is gold they said and this is partially true. Listening is an ability that few people have and only a few people understand how important it is. Most of the times if you listen carefully you have already done half of the work. As an Italian, I tend to speak a lot but now I am improving this by listening more and speaking less.
All the things we know are acquired during a process called learning. I put a lot of effort into enhancing my learning capabilities by trying to learn different things thus improving my mental flexibility. I am always open to new challenges and opportunities.
The ability to dare as history showed, often brought people to make breakthroughs in different fields. Dare most of the time brings people to failures which are beneficial for the learning process of a person. I am not scared to dare because in case of failure I know that I will learn something new nevertheless.
